Roger Novakowski
Roger Novakowski began working for Pathway Financial Design in 2011, but has been involved with the firm, and its sister firm, HBW Partners Tax Services LLC, in different capacities since 2003.

Roger continues, “I assist the advisors in our office and I specialize in investment work: creating applications, setting up client accounts for their investments, and processing customer service requests for investment accounts.”
Roger has been interested in accounting and finance since his senior year in high school and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Davenport University. He’s firmly grounded with real-world experience in a small business, and he worked in a small hardware store for 12 years before joining Pathway. “I did just about every job from cashiering and stocking shelves, to maintenance and accounting,” he says.
Born and raised in Grand Rapids, in his spare time, Roger loves to travel, especially spending weekends exploring his newfound love of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula (but not when it’s snowing). He also enjoys finding new music to add to his catalog, road trips, whiskey/bourbon tastings, kayaking, beaches, and waterfalls.
